Update Electronic Documents (EFT, E&O, AML)

How do I update my EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), E&O (Errors and Omissions), AML (Anti-Money Laundering information?

• Click on the Personal Update form: Personal Information Update (jotform.com).
• Please add your name, select 'NPN #', and provide the required information.
• Remember to have your upline/agency or yourself update your SureLC account with your new information.
• Please present updated EFT documents to the carriers directly.
