For a client signature error, be sure the client's email and phone number are correct and able to receive messages. The email could have gone to spam or another inbox. The other common causes for signature issues are that the information on the application doesn't match records (SSN or Zip Code).
The client could not be scrolling all the way down after signing to hit the complete button at the bottom of the page. The tech team also said the client is able to use the same link that was received to start the application to produce the final signature. Please have the client click the link that was received to try and move forward with the application.
