Check Writing Number

To check if you have a writing number for a carrier in HQ, follow these steps: (You may be appointed with the carrier, but the writing number/code isn't present in HQ yet.) Navigator syncs license information from HQ.

1. Go to your Profile- Top Right Corner in HQ.

2. Click on the Licensing tab.

3. Your active writing numbers will sync over and display on this page.

4. If your writing number is not there, reach out to your agency/upline for licensing help. If you already have the writing number, you can add it in HQ.

5. Under the Agent Writing Numbers section, you'll see an option to Add New Writing Number.

6. Click on this option to input your new writing number.
