You can view the E-App for any Quility product directly in Navigator, as shown below. Quility will also send you an email with your unique URL link to access the e-App. Navigator applications are not completed on paper and are designed for a streamlined, quicker process by using the digital collection aspect. You can view all application information through Navigator or the carrier portal online. You can view the client information by clicking the 'Clients' tab in Navigator. To download the application in Navigator:
- Click 'Cases' in Navigator
- Find the client and select 'View Case'
- Scroll down to 'Documents' underneath 'Agent Info'
- Click 'Completed Carrier Application' to view/download
Another option to view detailed information about any Navigator application is through the specific carrier Agent Portals (links provided below). These portals allow you to request or check the status of policies mailed to the agent or the client. Please note that policies are typically sent by mail directly to the client.
