If you receive a red "This field is required" error on the client's personal info page:
- Check that there are no spaces before or after the entered numbers.
- Confirm with the client that the numbers (e.g., SSN, phone number) are correct.
These errors are often caused by bad cached data in the submission. To resolve this, clear your cache and cookies, then start a new quote or submission for the client.
Please avoid using the saved quote data, as the trigger for the errors could be embedded in that instance.
If the product type for your client's quote in Navigator becomes 'null' instead of 'Term', 'Final Expense', or 'IUL'; it means your Navigator page needs to resync. The product type wasn't selected properly, so please exit Navigator and retry to start a new quote with the correct product type.
