A Carrier Ineligible status is usually the result when the replacement question is answered as "Yes". You can not replace an existing policy with this product. This will result in a decline and the client would not be eligible for the new policy with the carrier. This cannot be changed once marked as replacement.
If your client is NOT going to replace a policy, it should be fine as long as there is nothing in the clients health/financial/criminal background that would cause a decline. Each carrier has different factors to make the client ineligible.
