If you are unable to move past the agent info screen, it is likely because:

You attempted to write business in a pre-appointment state where you are not appointed.
SBLI uses Just-In-Time (JIT) contracting for all states except PA, OR, UT, IN. Please follow the below template to add your non-resident license(s) with them.
To request additional state appointments, agent should contact SBLI licensing directly VIA EMAIL as follows:
Email to: quilityagentservices@sbli.com
Subject: ‘Quility – Agent Contract Code – Agent name – Request Type’
(e.g. Quility – 12345 – Michael Smith – New Appointment)
Body: details of the request in the body of the email and attach any documents (if applicable).
NOTE: (Activation may take up to 48 business hours)
2. A split agent you added is not licensed or appointed in the applied-for-state.
If the split agent is not yet appointed, it will block you from moving past the agent validation screen.
