Early in the application, the agent will be presented with the client’s email address to send the HIPPA Authorization form. The system will automatically send the HIPPA to the client to sign while the agent can continue the application.

The client will receive the HIPPA sign link via an email and will authenticate into the signing process via the last 4 of their SSN and DOB.
(If the client’s browser zoom is too far, the client will have a hard time seeing the fields to enter but try to have the client lessen their zoom on their browser to view the SSN and DOB input fields.)

Once into the signing process the client will be presented with the HIPPA form and needs to scroll through the document to the bottom and then check the consent box, allowing the e-signature button to be enabled.
