Unfortunately, F&G is not allowing the reset of an application in Navigator for any reason. If the application is not giving you the option to change any information on the offer page, there is nothing we can do on our side to reset the information.
If the Quantum policy is submitted and has been paid on, you can reach out via email to LifeCaseMgmt@Fglife.com, or via phone to 1-800-445-6758 Option 2--Option 1 to see if any changes/updates on the policy are possible.
If there is an error on the Quantum application during the underwriting process, please contact F&G at RiskAssessment@Fglife.com, before the policy is submitted.
After you reach out to the risk assessment team at F&G, the approved application status in Navigator should update to “Other Than Applied For” (OTAF), if validated.
F&G will ask for acceptance of the offer prior to approval and the agent has 30 days to accept the offer and/or make changes to the policy design. When the OTAF offer is accepted, an amendment will be required at policy delivery. An amendment will also generate in the event of any material changes or to account for information that was missing on the application.
Additionally, for bank draft mode, if the accepted offer premium is higher than what the application was submitted at authorization to draft, secondary authorization for any additional premium will be required. This can be done by signing the delivery requirements cover sheet, sending an email or by phone.
