If the application has not been signed yet by you or your agent, the tech team will be able to reset your client's drivers license field on the application, if applicable.
For most carriers in Navigator to allow a reset for the driver's license field, you must submit the client's drivers license to confirm the correct license information for the tech team. The documentation is needed to allow the driver's license field to be unlocked on the application.
Please ask for a live representative and let us know the client's name, policy number, and attachment of the client's drivers license. Once we have this information, we can further help reset the license for the application.
