You are able to fill out the application in Navigator with the current client information and select the health class for your client. During the underwriting review process, the carrier will have an offer for the correct health class during the application approval process based on either the client's age, health history, family medical history, or driving record. The quoting system automatically pulls all relevant information to correctly classify the potential client before providing the final quote. The final application will be the valid class for the client in this case.
Agents frequently inquire about discrepancies between Navigator quotes and final quoted premium. These differences are typically due to mismatched health details or varying health class selections. To prevent this, please ensure that all health information is accurate and that the same health class is selected in both Navigator and the Carrier Agent Portal.
If the quote remains different after confirming the details, please capture screenshots and ask for a live representative.
