Status Dispositions: Recruiting Workspace Guide:
How Recruiting Workspace users update a Contact's status after each outreach attempt, and how
each Parent Status and Status combination moves a Contact through the pipeline.
Purpose:
Status dispositions are designed to help users manage and track the current status of each Contact. Selecting a disposition after each outreach attempt or contact engagement ensures Contacts are organized by current status for proper engagement. This guide covers where to change a Status and what each Parent Status and Status combination means.
Where to Change Status:
Dashboard: Select the box beside a lead, or any number of leads, and click the Status button.

Lead Card: Select the Change Status button and choose the desired Parent Status and Status from the dropdowns.

Recruiting Statuses:
The Recruiting Workspace uses a series of Parent Status and Status options to help users organize and track recruiting Contacts. The Parent Status serves as the primary status for each Contact, and the Status serves as the stage within that Parent Status.

- Change a Status from the Dashboard (select Contacts, click Status) or from the Lead Card (Change Status).
- Parent Status is the primary stage; Status is the sub-stage within it.
- Some Status changes are informational only; others trigger a move to a new Parent Status and Status.
- Use the flow diagram to see how a Contact can move between New Recruit, Interview, Recruited, and Dead Lead.

Purpose:
Status dispositions are designed to help users manage and track the current status of each Contact. Selecting a disposition after each outreach attempt or contact engagement ensures Contacts are organized by current status for proper engagement. This guide covers where to change a Status and what each Sales Status means.
Where to Change Status:
Dashboard: Select the box beside a lead, or any number of leads, click the Status button, and select the preferred Status.

Sales Statuses:
The Sales Workspace contains the following Statuses for Sales Contacts.
| Status | Used When | Action |
| App: Not Interested | A Contact began the application process but later expressed they are no longer interested in continuing. | Contact removed from all lists. |
| Application | An application has been submitted for a Contact. | Contact added to the Policy Pending list. |
| Appointment | An appointment has been scheduled for a Contact. | Contact added to the Actively Engaged list. |
| Call Back | A Contact requests to be called back at a later time. | Contact added to the Actively Engaged list. |
| Declined | An application was submitted for carrier approval but was later denied by the carrier. | Contact added to the Policy Lost list. |
| Do Not Contact |
A Contact requests to be removed from the call list, or desires not to be contacted in the future by text or phone. ONLY USE IF THE CONTACT REQUESTS TO NO LONGER BE CONTACED!! |
Contact removed from the account of the user. |
| Follow-Up | A Contact requires additional action or follow-up during the application process. | Contact added to the Policy Pending list. |
| Issued | The Contact's application has been approved and the policy has been issued by the carrier. | Contact added to the Clients list. |
| No Contact | An outreach attempt results in no engagement or interaction. | No action taken. Contact remains in current list. |
| No Engagement | An outreach attempt results in no engagement or interaction, and the user wants to send a message to the Contact. | The next message in a No Engagement message series is sent to the Contact in an attempt to garner engagement. |
