Agency Name & Calendar Links Guide:
How users set their Agency Name and scheduling calendar links so merge field variables can personalize Engagement messages automatically.
Purpose:
Agents now have the ability to import leads in bulk using a CSV file. Instead of adding contacts one at a time, you upload a single spreadsheet, tell Funnel which column belongs in which field, set how the leads should be categorized, review the results, and import. This guide walks through preparing the file and completing the import end to end.
Before You Begin:
One merge field example, for reference.

STEP 1 Open Profile Settings
Click the profile image in the top-right corner of your account. Select Profile.

STEP 2 Enter the Agency Name
Enter the name of the agency you represent, for example Edson Agency or Pearson Life Group.
STEP 3 Enter the Insurance Scheduling Calendar
Enter the link Contacts will use to schedule an insurance appointment, for example https://calendly.com/agent-name/insuranceappointment.
STEP 4 Enter the Recruiting Scheduling Calendar
Enter the link Contacts will use to schedule a recruiting appointment, for example https://calendly.com/agent-name/recruitingappointment.
