You are able to view your agency hierarchy to ensure all downline agents are present in HQ (screenshots provided at end of this article). If any agents are missing or if your agency's upline/downline information needs to be updated, you can submit a JotForm through HQ's top left corner 9-box grid, 'Report HQ Issue', and mark 'HQ Hierarchy Concern' with the necessary agency update details.
To view all your agents, click 'Agency' on the left tab, then select "Agent Directory" as shown in the attachment below. You can add filters to view specific agents, if needed.
Additionally, under the 'Agency' tab, below the "Agent Directory," there is an 'Agency Structure' that allows you to view the tree of downlines connected to your agency.
