You can click the top, right notification bell icon in HQ, to then see 'Support Tickets' to close/view tickets. The first step is always to use the live chat feature in the bottom right corner and then start a new ticket after troubleshooting through the chat. The advanced chat can help solve most issues. To close out any open chat box, press the arrow to collapse the chat in the bottom right corner of Navigator or HQ. (Screenshot below)
You can view all your tickets by clicking the notification bell in the top right corner of HQ. You can then click 'Need Help?' at the top of the view all your tickets page for all FAQ's and to submit a new ticket. You can also search all active articles for more specific HQ/Navigator help.
