You can view policies submitted in Navigator or OPT through your HQ account. Additionally, you have access to all policies associated with your agency for anyone in your downline. You can export data for policies in the Submitted, Pending, and Placed statuses. This feature is especially valuable for reporting and tracking both personal and agency-wide production.
To access this section in HQ:
- Click on the 'Policies' tab located on the left taskbar.
- Choose between 'Submitted', 'Pending', or 'Placed' policies.
- The view defaults to your personal production, but you can toggle the 'Total Agency' option to include all agents within your downline. (Screenshot below)
You can also filter policies before exporting the policy results to Excel. Just click the 'Filter Policies' button (Screenshot below), and you will be able to filter by carrier, product name, and time period. You can select options such as Year-to-Date or Custom Date Ranges, to customize the results according to your team's needs.
